How do you refurbish instruments?

Our pre-owned instruments are refurbished by our highly experienced technicians to OEM standards, as well as, installation and service which is available worldwide. We service all of the major brands of physical property testing lab equipment.

What is your return policy?

Yes. All of our equipment comes with a warranty, if you decide to return an instrument you may do so. We have a 30-day return policy.

My equipment does not work. Do you repair equipment?

Yes. We offer service contracts, depot repair and on-site service. This is our primary business. We can repair your instruments on site or have it sent to our Depot to have it repairs or refurbished. We also offer free telephone support if you want to try to fix it yourself. Call StanCo Scientific Inc. at 815-416-1422 to discuss all the available options for you.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We offer customized training for your team on any instrument we sell. Training can be done at your location to lower costs. We also offer familiarization training with all systems we install.

Can you deliver and install the equipment and, if so, who will perform these services?

Yes. Our skilled service engineers offer white glove delivery and/or installation to most facilities.

Does your equipment come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our systems come with warranties, many warranties can be extend up to 5 years. StanCo Scientific Inc.’s full coverage warranties are designed to provide unsurpassed coverage for your laboratory instruments providing you peace of mind.

Who is your source for lab equipment?

We get our equipment from various locations throughout the world, for example from Universities, Government labs and our trade-in program.

Do you have the equipment at your facility, or do you have to find the equipment?

Why should I buy a refurbished instrument or have my instrument refurbished instead of buying a new instrument?

On average, refurbished instruments cost half the price of new instruments. With the same proven technology found in both new instruments and previous models you can consistently run methods with results equal to new instruments.
